It’s really easy to join and your pet can enjoy the benefits right away!

The Pet Health Plan covers all your pets’ basic preventative health care needs including:

• Annual Vaccinations including health check with a veterinary surgeon
• Thorough vet examination 6 months after booster vaccination
• 12 months parasite control using gold standard products

There is a joining fee of £10, taken with the first Direct Debit and you will need to make your first payment to the practice asap to start enjoying the benefits and savings.
